1950’s Ranch Remodel as Owner, Rear Addition: After digging and building the foundations I appreciate what these contractors do everyday. Framing the entire addition and deck and installing all electrical and low voltage systems gives me an better insight and allows for better communication with other contractors and clients. Selection and installation of finishes, interior and exterior; Hardie Board stucco, cedar shake, drywall, paint, tile, woodwork, lighting and accessories included. The only subs were the roofer, plumber and HVAC trades due to code requirements.

Bathroom 1 - Hickory Cabinets with granite top, all Kohler fixtures, copper slate for floor and walls, custom glass shower enclosure, Toto toilet.
Master bath Kohler whirlpool, hand split and set flag stone backdrop. Floors and walls Indian Multi-Color slate by Dal-Tile. Celtic inspired border and inserts by Dal-Tile. Cabinets under whirlpool provided extra storage.
